Dry-aged local VT beef. Frenched & bones tied. Each bone “segment” can be estimated to weigh approximately 2.25lbs.

• 3 bone roast feeds 4-6 people

• 4 bone roast feeds 6-8 people

• 7 bone roast feeds 11-14 people

Final price will be $25/lb.

This is only a deposit - you will pay the remainder in full when you pick up your meat at the store.
